How much does it cost for the Cross Hills Fair?
$20 entry (under 16 FREE) to access the fair and gardens!

How will I find my way around?
On entry you will be given a map of the fair layout, garden layout and facilities e.g Eftpos, toilets, food stalls, first aid and lost and found. 

How do I know what the weather will be like?
We will update our Facebook page with the latest weather conditions on FAIR DAY.

 

What happens if it rains?

The fair is still just as fun if it happens to rain! Bring your brolly, they're handy in the rain and great for shade in the sun!

Is there plenty of parking?
Yes absolutely-and the parking is FREE. You will be directed by the parents and children of the local Kimbolton School. We have disabled parking close to the entrance, please advise one of our traffic marshals if this is required.

Are their toilets?

Yes we have plenty of port-a-loo toilets located throughout the Fair. Disabled toilets are located in the cafe.

Do you have Eftpos/ credit card facilities?
Many stall holders won’t have Eftpos, so cash is king! Please try and bring some cash with you to be ready to shop as soon as you arrive. Eftpos cash out is available upon entry and at the Cross Hills Cafe.

 

Can I bring a bus group or mini-van?
Yes, the more the merrier! We have exclusive parking areas for large coaches, please let us know in advance for preferential treatment.

 

Can I bring my dog for a run?
Sorry, this is a human's event only. No dogs, except for guide dogs.

 

Are the grounds suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs?
Yes, all our access paths are nice and wide and most of our garden paths are metal/gravel or small stone.

 

Where can we eat our lunch?
We provide tables and seating around the food areas. You can also bring your own and picnic in the beautiful gardens.

I want to buy some big rhododendrons- how do I get them to my car?
We have a fantastic FREE ‘Plant Creche’ service running all day. Any plants you buy from our Plant Centre will be delivered to the Plant Creche at the carpark entrance and looked after until you are ready to pick them up on your way out. If you can’t fit all your purchases in your car we will arrange them to be freighted to your home.
